Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?

Items that are faulty can be returned.

Returns for change of mind will not be accepted unless item is in original packaging and is not damaged. Some items, such as washi tapes that are not shrink wrapped by the supplier, will not be eligible for returns. 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
We offer a 30 day return policy. The buyer has 30 days to contact us from the date of purchase.

Items will need to be returned to Washi Lane. Please contact us for more information. 

HOW do customers return items?
The customer will have to return the items via post or courier at their own expense.  

SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates are non - refundable.

Customers must pay for the return postage charges if they would like to return their item.

CREDIT for returns?
Customers will be offerred store credit for a return due to change of mind. Refunds will be provided for faulty items.

Instore return option?
We are an online business only. We do not offer personal returns or pick ups. 

Packing materials?
Items need to be returned in their original packing materials.
